Dr. Daniel Liu

Dr Daniel Liu is a consultant radiologist with subspecialty expertise in neuroradiology, breast imaging and procedures, and obstetric and gynaecological imaging. He completed a Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery and a Bachelor of Medical Science at the University of Melbourne, followed by specialist radiology training at The Alfred Hospital in Melbourne.

Dr Liu undertook subspecialty training in neuroradiology at The Alfred Hospital. He also completed further fellowship training at Mercy Hospital for Women in obstetric and gynaecological imaging, as well as breast imaging at Monash BreastScreen.

Throughout his training and career, Dr Liu has worked across several major Melbourne hospitals including Western Health, St Vincent's Hospital, Peninsula Health and Northern Health. He currently practices as a consultant radiologist at Northern Health, with a subspecialty focus on breast imaging and procedures, neuroradiology, and obstetric and gynaecological imaging.

Dr Liu has a strong interest in image-guided interventions, particularly musculoskeletal, spinal and breast procedures, and is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred diagnostic imaging and interventional care.
